Metal Wall & Soffit Panel Profile
The Everlast Metals W-LOC Soffit Panel is a v-groove panel available in a solid or vented profile. Application for use is endless but seen typically on porch ceilings, overhangs, and patios. W-LOC vented allows for 11% of net free area allowing for air circulation while decreasing condensation. The interlocking design of this system allows for quick installation.
The panel is available in a wide variety of materials and finishes. Substrates include G-90 Galvanized Steel, Galvalume® steel, and Aluminum. All painted products are Fluropon® coated.
The W-LOC is also available as a solid profile.

Method of Application
Everlast Metals W-LOC panels must be installed in a sequential pattern. Application of an Everlast Metals approved underlayment prior to panel installation is recommended when installed over a solid substrate.
Storage Guidelines
Store Everlast panels in a dry, well-ventilated space, away from any moisture. If outdoor storage is necessary, use breathable covers like canvas or waterproof paper—avoid plastic, as it traps condensation. Keep panels off the ground, slightly inclined, and supported by wood or similar insulators. Extended exposure to sunlight can damage the protective film.
